Mix the flour, the egg yolks, and 140 grams of yogurt previously sweetened to obtain a homogeneous mixture

Pour the mixture into a still cold and tall top dish (my diameter is 12 cm and the edges of about 7 cm)

Cook on the smallest fire with flame to the minimum and cover for about 25 minutes without flipping it (lid avoids heat dispersion and allows for homogenous cooking)

At the end of the cooking, turn the pancake over, cut it in half and stuff it with the remaining 30 grams of yogurt and pistachio grain
