These delicious bean brownies (beans) are an excellent option to enjoy legumes in a different way. Very healthy and nutritious thanks to their high protein percentage.

To begin you must cook the bean (beans), previously soaked from the previous night. Cook without any seasoning or salt. Once cooked remove it from its liquid and let it cool.

Then hydrate the dates in warm water for 10 minutes. While moisturizing the dates, mix all the dry ingredients. Oatmeal, grated coconut, baking powder and cocoa.
