An idea for your tasty appetizers / snacks. They are delicious!
Arrange in a bowl (or a pastry, as you prefer) the flour, combined with finely grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper creating a hole in the center, add the soft butter into small pieces
Work with your fingers until you get a compact and homogeneous (like a pastry) if it becomes too dry, add a little 'butter.
Wishing you can let the dough rest in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Roll out the dough with the aid of a rolling pin (and also with the flour because the dough crumbles easily, or roll it between two sheets of parchment paper)
then the molds created to taste your cookies (do not let them in the oven too thin because they still do not swell too much, there being no yeast).
Place them on a baking sheet and brush with an egg white to make them shiny (this step is optional).
At this point add the spices to taste to create various shapes and biscuits taste: I chose paprika, but also goes well flavored salt, rosemary, chopped pine nuts or almonds, sesame seeds
actually paprika I could have put it directly to the mixture, and the cookies would be gone most colorful, but since not all they like it, I preferred to just sprinkle on a couple of biscuits
Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. After allowed to cool, they are ready to serve!
Tip: If you do not want to mix with your hands and use a food processor, place the dough 1 egg ... so will be less brittle.
