Prepare the cauliflower: using a knife, remove the florets from the central stem, starting from the base. Break any larger florets into smaller pieces using a knife and wash.

In a bowl, blend the cream and cornstarch and add the marjoram, salt and pink pepper.

Divide the cauliflower between two airtight sealable jars. Pour the cream and cornstarch mixture into the jars and seal.

Place the jars in the oven, which has been pre-heated to 90°, and cook for 90 minutes.

Remove the jars from the oven and dress with a few fresh marjoram leaves and pepper, before serving by placing each jar on a plate.
