A second dish of light and tasty fish is the bream with crazy water!
To prepare the sea bream in crazy water, start with cleaning the sea bream.
Clean the gilthead by squaring it, depriving it of the entrails and rinsing it with cold running water, making sure you have cleaned it well.
Then wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
In a pan, sauté the garlic with a little extra virgin olive oil.
When the latter has just browned, add the cherry tomatoes.
Cook them for 5 minutes adding the salt. Finally join also the sea bream.
