A delicious way to cook potatoes from the Canary Islands
Without peeling the potatoes, put them in full with water (should cover them slightly) and half a kilo of large salt in the fire and boil.
From the boil, they have to go about 20 minutes (the skin does not have to be detached but must be inflated with the fork).
