Cut the zucchini and roast them in the oven with a little oil until they become golden.
NOTE: You can also choose to leave them raw for this recipe, but remember that the zucchini is one of those vegetables that can be cooked and reaps benefits from steamed or baked!
Once cooked, take a small mixer and enter the zucchini with the rest of the ingredients and blend adding water little by little until obtaining a smooth cream but not too liquid.
Add one or two teaspoons of lemon juice. Ready !!
