First cut the tempeh into squares and put it to marinate with lemon juice, soy sauce and parsley.
Cook the rice (takes about twenty minutes) and cut the carrots into squares. Cook them in a pan after having a little onion.
Cut the cherry tomatoes and the rocket and join the carrots once ready. Season with a little curry.
Once ready, add rice to the vegetables with tempeh and a handful of sesame seeds.
Serve cold or hot, so much will be good anyway :)
